How does a city's history change when we look at it through its environment? 

Join us on September 25 for the presentation of the book “Vapor and Strata. Environmental Histories of Naples”, edited by Aurora Riviezzo and published by Viaindustriae, followed by a visit to the exhibition “Innamorata” with the artist Betty Bee.

During the presentation, Aurora Riviezzo will be in conversation with Alessandra Ferlito, Martina Ulbar and Guido Santandrea, contributors to the volume.

Among the contributions to the book, “The Body and the Territory. Betty Bee, Between the Eretici Sfrattati and Città del Monte”, by Guido Santandrea, traces the early years of Betty Bee’s artistic research. The text will lead us into the visit to “Innamorata”, together with the artist.

The volume is produced by ALMANAC, with the support of the Directorate-General for Libraries and Cultural Institutes of the Italian Ministry of Culture (MiC) and the Environmental History Group of the Department of Architecture and Design at Politecnico di Torino.

Come cambia la storia di una città se la si osserva a partire dalla sua conformazione ambientale? 

Vi aspettiamo il 25 settembre per la presentazione del libro “Vapor and Strata. Environmental Histories of Naples” a cura di Aurora Riviezzo, edito da Viaindustriae, seguita da una visita alla mostra “Innamorata” alla presenza dell’artista Betty Bee. 



Durante la presentazione, Aurora Riviezzo dialogherà con Alessandra Ferlito, Martina Ulbar e Guido Santandrea, contributors del volume. 



Tra i contributi al libro, “The Body and the Territory. Betty Bee, Between the Eretici Sfrattati and Città del Monte”, di Guido Santandrea, ripercorre i primi anni della ricerca artistica di Betty Bee. Un testo che ci accompagnerà nella visita alla mostra “Innamorata” insieme all'artista.
